From commencing and building a successful financial service business over many years has allowed me to work with other succesful business owners. Having experienced the development and implementation of a plan for my personal exit has assisted me in guiding other business owners. I have been a Director within several For-profit and Non-Profit boards. With the experience gained from these roles, the key lesson learned is the value of understaning other peoples journeys in building and growing successful businesses. My focus is on assisting clients with their Employee engagement through share ownership, business structure, financial systems and leadership. The aim – is to enable them to grow, manage, and successfully exit their businesses.

Scott has extensive business and professional experience, including over 20 years as a principal of a highly successful public accounting and financial planning firm. His passion is working with clients to improve the value of their businesses, and create a more certain future for them, their stakeholders and their families. Scott utilises strategic thinking, tailored advice and integrated solutions to enable business owners the freedom of determining the time frame and method in which they exit from their business, often their most valuable asset. His expertise stretches across all areas of small to medium enterprises (SME), including agricultural enterprises.
Our Process
Starting with the end in mind a business owner needs to develop alternate business strategies.
The First step is to discover “why’ they are in business and then “what” they want from their business. Knowing that then helps to determine the current state of their business and to develop a wise plan to help owners grow the business for success and then plan their succession, exit or transition.
Once this is achieved, we then assist to provide guidance and advice with the implementation of the agreed plan and strategy.
